Damaged or Incorrect Items During Transit

-If your package arrives damaged in transit, resulting in spilled or damaged products, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

- Email us at orders@xxiam.com with your order number and photos of the damaged products. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. 

- While we do our best to package orders carefully, some transit issues are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Missing or Incorrect Items

- If you received incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.

- Email orders@xxiam.com with your order number and details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns

- We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for problems related to the product.

- Items must be new and unused to qualify for a return.

- To initiate a return, please email orders@xxiam.com with your name and order number.

- Once we receive the returned items, a refund will be issued for the product purchase price minus any shipping & handling fees, credited to your original payment method.
